Star Sapphire is a magician both on and off stage, channeling the divine using the art of burlesque; a dedication to the mother of abominations, the goddess Babalon.

Star first came to the San Francisco burlesque scene in 2022. This native of the city carries a deep love for art and counterculture which is prevalent in their work. They are also a member of Temple of Heresy, a UK based collective of occult artists and involved in many occult spaces worldwide.

Their stage name was channeled while communicating with spirit, taken from a sex magick ritual of the same name. Star is a dancer, showgirl, occultist, punk rocker, artist, cat-dad, wild child; all paths lead to that divine spark within that is God.
